My first piece, and sadly for my bank, not the last.

Mega bequem, kleidsam und genau mein Ding. Habe ihn nun zum zweiten Mal bestellt. Diesmal war er innen drin auch nicht so fusselig, sehr cool!

Mega Design, hab direkt noch einen bestellt. Ich hoffe er kommt irgendwann in Beige/Sandfarben raus

I always dig the fit and bold designs of the clothes from Stay Cold, so when they dropped this new hoodie design (which is also so comfortable!) I got super excited and ordered one right away. Sadly, the hoodie I got looked nothing like the photos on the website. In direct sunlight the print was barely visible (which is quite bizarre because their fashion is all about being bold!). Customer support was amazing and responded to me quickly once I reached out and I got a refund.. But I really wanted the design in the photo so I’m still quite disappointed that I didn’t get it.

How do I cancel/ change my order?

Sadly we are not able to cancel/edit any orders once they have been paid. Our warehouse is operating automated to guarantee fast and error free shipping. However, you can exchange, or return any item using ourreturns center.

How do I return/ exchange an item?

What if I need to change my address?

Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes to your address anymore. If you made a mistake, or the the delivery was unsuccessful, please let us know. We can resend your parcel when it comes back to our warehouse.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany within 2-3 business days and are processed by DHL and local post services.
