Product Manager - Textile Production (f/m/d)
Remote / Worldwide – with occasional travel to Southeast Asia (e.g. Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand)
Stay Cold Apparel stands for bold designs, uncompromising quality, and a strong independent spirit. As our Product Manager for Textile Production, you’ll take on a pivotal role in building and managing our global supply chain - independently, strategically, and with long-term impact.
What to expect:
- Remote-first: Work from anywhere in the world. You manage your own schedule and focus on driving results.
- Ownership from day one: You’ll lead the development of a new, stable production base in Southeast Asia - with initiative, vision, and hands-on execution.
- International travel: You’ll occasionally travel to countries like Malaysia, Vietnam, or Thailand to build relationships, oversee production, and optimize operations. Travel and accommodations are fully covered.
- Tangible impact: You’ll collaborate closely with a small, skilled team across design, logistics, marketing, and e-commerce - and see your work directly influence the growth and quality of our brand.
What you should bring:
- Several years of experience in textile production - from product development to large-scale manufacturing
- Deep knowledge of fabrics, manufacturing processes, and international supply chains
- A degree in Textile Management, Apparel Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and business acumen
- Proven ability to independently manage external suppliers and partners - efficiently, strategically, and with leadership
- A high level of organization, structure, and accountability
- Ideally, hands-on experience working with suppliers in Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia)
- Language skills in one of the relevant regional languages are a plus, but not required

Graphic designer (f/m/d)
Remote / Worldwide - with optional travel for content production or creative sprints
Stay Cold Apparel stands for bold visuals, heavy statements, and raw subcultural energy. As our new Graphic Designer, you’ll be the hands behind the look - translating creative vision into standout assets across digital, print, and product.
What to expect:
- Remote-first: Work from wherever you vibe best. Just stay on time, stay sharp, and stay cold.
- Full-spectrum design: From social media ads to screenprint-ready files, you’ll handle visual output across digital campaigns, product development, and our growing collection of merch, stickers, packaging and more.
- Ownership & detail: You’ll prep artwork for print production (screenprint, embroidery, multi-color raster), create mockups for the shop, and support product worksheets with precision.
- Cross-functional collab: You’ll work closely with the product and production teams to make sure what’s designed is what gets delivered - clean, accurate, and ready to go.
- Creative playground: There’s room to experiment with visuals, textures, layouts, and subcultural references - all with a brand that values aesthetic edge over corporate polish.
What you should bring:
- A degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Product Design or similar, plus 2+ years of professional experience
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Solid experience with print file preparation (screenprint, raster, etc.)
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, and color
- Clean and structured workflow - from concept to final file
- Good time management, ability to meet deadlines, and collaborative spirit
- Streetwear and subculture aren't just buzzwords to you - you live it, breathe it, and know how to reflect it in your designs
Nice to have:
- Experience in Motion Design / After Effects / 3D tools

Social Media & Creative Strategist (f/m/d)

As our Social Media & Creative Strategist, you’ll become the voice and vibe behind our digital presence - crafting scroll-stopping content, shaping our community, and pushing boundaries at the intersection of culture and creativity.

- Remote-first: Work from anywhere. You own your time - it’s all about output, energy, and execution.
- Creative lead role: You’ll set the tone for our brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and beyond - concepting formats, writing hooks, and evolving our visual language.
- High-impact work: Your ideas will be seen by hundreds of thousands, fuel product drops, and shape how people connect with Stay Cold Apparel.
- Direct access: You’ll work closely with Max (our founder) and our design and production team to turn real-time inspiration into real-time content.

What you should bring:
- Several years of experience in content strategy, social media, or creative direction - ideally with culture-driven brands in fashion, music, or lifestyle.
- A sharp eye for what grabs attention and a strong sense of visual identity, copy, and cultural relevance.
- A track record of building or growing a social presence - whether for a brand, a collective, or your own project.
- Comfort with writing, storyboarding, planning content calendars, and briefing creative teams.
- Bonus: hands-on skills in video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere), graphic tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express), or motion.
- Confidence to lead, curiosity to test, and the instinct to know when to go loud - and when to stay cold.

AI Architect (f/m/d)

As our first AI Architect, you’ll pioneer the systems that elevate our creativity, operations, and customer experience - autonomously, strategically, and globally.
What to expect:
- Remote-first: Work from anywhere. You define your schedule - results over hours, output over location.
- Greenfield opportunity: You’ll lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of AI tools across creative, logistics, and customer-facing processes - from scratch.
- Cross-functional impact: Collaborate with a tight-knit team across design, marketing, e-com and logistics. Your AI solutions will directly shape how we create, sell, and support.
- Tech that matters: Whether it’s computer vision for print alignment, predictive analytics for drop timing, or generative models for product personalization - this is practical AI with brand-building impact.

What you should bring:
- Several years of experience designing and deploying AI/ML systems, ideally in e-commerce, fashion tech, or creative tooling.
- Strong grasp of machine learning frameworks, data pipelines, and system architecture - from prototyping to production.
- A degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field - or comparable practical experience.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, efficient AI applications - with a healthy dose of creative problem-solving.
- Experience in evaluating and integrating external APIs and SaaS tools (e.g. OpenAI, Stability, Shopify AI).
- Familiarity with vector databases, NLP, and multimodal models is a plus.
