1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Stay Cold Apparel, operated by MASCANI GmbH.

2. Eligibility
Open to participants aged 18 years or older.
Open worldwide, unless restricted by local laws.
Employees, affiliates, and partners of Stay Cold Apparel are excluded from participation.
Each participant must have a valid Instagram account and access to email/DMS.

3. Giveaway Period
Giveaway starts: 02 September 2025, 00:00 CET
Giveaway ends: 30 September 2025, 23:59 CET

4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
Save & comment on at least one Giveaway post
Place at least one order in our online shop during the campaign period
Each order = 1 valid entry
Multiple entries allowed (1 per order)

5. Prizes
Participants have the chance to randomly receive:
10x Silver Tickets – each worth $250 store credit
3x Golden Tickets – each worth $500 store credit
1x Dirtbike (choice of 250cc or 450cc, shipped worldwide)
Winners will be randomly selected and notified via E-Mail/ Instagram DM by October 5, 2025.

6. Prize Delivery & Conditions
Store credit is redeemable only at staycoldapparel.com
The Dirtbike will be shipped to the winner’s address.
→ Stay Cold assumes no liability for local laws, safety regulations or usage eligibility.
→ No cash alternative will be offered.

7. Data Privacy
By entering, participants agree that their data (IG handle, name, shipping address, order ID) will be processed for the purposes of entry validation, winner communication and prize fulfillment.
Data will not be shared with third parties beyond what is required for logistics.

9. General
Stay Cold reserves the right to disqualify entries in cases of fraud or abuse
