Free Shipping:

In Germany we offer free shipping at an order value of 70€.
We offer free shipping on all orders over 120€ for most European countries.
Worldwide free shipping is available from 150€ order value, due to higher shipping costs.

Please allow us 1-2 business days processing your order. We will send out your order as soon as possible. Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order by Deutsche Post and DHL.

Make sure to add your email and shipping address, apt number etc. to your account, so shipping will be fast and easy.

You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation email you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
